Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your delivery is signed for.
Eligibility for Return
- To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be satisfied:
- The product must be in the original condition it was sent: unworn, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
- It must be in the packaging in which it was delivered.
- You must include a copy of the original receipt or purchase confirmation.

Once your return is authorized, we will e-mail the return address along with step-by-step instructions for properly shipping your item back to us. Returns that arrive without prior authorization will not be processed.
Shipping Charges for Returns
Shipping for returns planned for reasons such as change of mind, sizing errors, or personal choices is the responsibility of the buyer. We absorb return shipping costs only for errors on our part, such as shipping a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Inspection of Merchandise

Restocking Charges
No restocking fees will apply to any returns.
Refund Procedure
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will perform an inspection and will inform you of its refund status. If the return is validated, we will initiate the refund, which will be automatically credited to the original payment processor (Stripe) within 10 business days of the determination.

Exchanges
To expedite the receipt of a replacement item, return the item you currently possess. After we accept the return and execute the refund, you may complete a separate transaction to acquire the desired replacement.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order and receive a full refund any time prior to its dispatch. Please communicate the cancellation request promptly. Once the package is in transit, we cannot cancel the order; it must be returned in accordance with our return policy.
