Our Returns and Exchange Policy

We are committed to provide our customers the most stylish, latest, innovative and top-notch products. In case product fails to meet your expectation the regarding quality, size, color or any other matter then the following policy will apply.

  • Your order will be processed as per your provided measurements details strictly. Please cross check your measurements as per the size charts uploaded on our website for your convenience. We have no control over size that’s why we will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this case.
  • Just in case if you received wrong style, size, or color jacket then you can avail 100% refund or exchange without any cost.
  • Please Note, there will be no returns & exchange of incorrect sizes or colors after two days for all products. You have to send the images of your product to our sales team (Cosplayjackets@gmail.com). It takes a bit of time to reply hundreds of emails, your patience is vital
  • We request you to take reasonable care of the products, if you want to return the goods (in case of receiving incorrect size, style or color), then the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be damaged, soiled or torn. We will provide you the refund or process the return after receiving a product at our warehouse.
  • All custom orders from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, there will be a flat 25% deduction if the order is canceled within 3 working days, and deduction of 45% from the amount of the item if the order cancellation is done within 7 working days. Please note that no order cancellation will be entertained after 7 working days
  • No return or exchange will be processed if you have ordered more than one similar products. We have experienced that some customers do this for a trial purpose by ordering different sizes of the same jacket to try which one fits. It could cause the waste of time and value for both parties that’s why we will strictly follow this policy
  • You can get the 100% refund with the shipping cost including for the item you ordered if the delivery exceeds 45 working days. Please note that the 45 days counting will start after the customer final confirmation and gateway payment confirmation.
  • No return or exchange will be processed if you have ordered Made to measure suits, tuxedo, and jackets as it going to be tailored based on your size
  • There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one similar product, in the case of different size at a single time. People misuse this facility to resale value and return the piece if not sold out, using this service for product trial by ordering a different size of the same jacket. Hence, select one that fits and return the extra. We have given the accurate sizing chart on our website, and we suggest you to double check your measurements before placing the order.
  • DHL and FedEx are employed for shipping your orders directly from our stitching units. The tracking number is provided to our customers to keep a close eye on the movement of its shipment till its final destination.
  • We do not; you at Post office box (P.O. Box) addresses. In case if it is not possible for you to collect and sign the product due to your unavailability on probable shipping date then leave a note to direct a delivery to a neighbor who can collect and sign the product on your behalf.
  • You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of ordering products, acknowledging your order receipt with the copy of your detailed invoice.
  • Altered or worn items are not returnable. Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item, you have to send the product once received approval from our sales team. You might receive your products couple of days later as per the given delivery date subjected to shipping or payment issues and quality control check.
